Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical trial management experience in pharma or CRO.
• Proven ability to manage multi-center trials across therapeutic areas.

• Excellent leadership and remote team management skills.
• Proficiency with CTMS and EDC systems.

About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing contract research organization (CRO) within the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote Clinical Trial Manager . This role is pivotal in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical trial operations from a remote setting, ensuring adherence to GCP, regulatory guidelines, and study protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of clinical trial methodologies, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive clinical trial protocols, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee the selection, training, and performance management of clinical trial sites and investigative staff.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulations.
• Manage and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other study personnel.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including data management, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs.
• Monitor trial progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular study progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure the timely submission of essential study documents and safety reporting.
• Foster strong relationships with investigators, site staff, and key opinion leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
• Proven experience in managing multi-center clinical trials across different therapeutic areas.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide remote teams.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in clinical trial management software (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
