Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Pharmaceutical Data Manager to oversee the collection, management, and integrity of clinical trial data. Working remotely, you will ensure data accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with study teams to design databases and support data cleaning and database lock.

You will engage with biostatistics and programming to ensure data quality for analysis and reporting, while maintaining documentation and data management standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of clinical data management experience.
• Experience with EDC systems (Medidata Rave/Oracle Clinical).
• Strong knowledge of CDISC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain clinical databases using EDC systems.
• Develop data management plans, data validation guidelines, and edit checks.
• Oversee data cleaning and resolution of data queries.
• Manage data entry, quality control, and reconciliation from multiple sources.
• Contribute to CRF development and study data management documents.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians and programmers for accurate analyses.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH GCP, and other regulatory standards.
