• Experience as a Data Manager in pharma/biotech with clinical trials.
• Proficiency with clinical data management systems (EDC) such as Medrio, REDCap.
• Strong database design, data validation, and statistics understanding.
• Excellent organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain databases for clinical trial and research data.
• Develop and execute data management plans (DMPs) and SOPs.
• Oversee data entry, validation, and cleaning processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Generate data management reports, including progress reports and status updates.
• Collaborate with statisticians, programmers, and clinical operations teams to define data requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and industry best practices.
