Responsibilities

• Client communication within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist clients with platform navigation.
• Prioritize unread client threads, handle SLA compliance, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely client notes within the CRM, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Immediately identify and escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or compliance-boundary issues.
