Assetara Limited seeks a dedicated Client Relationship & Support Specialist to engage with clients remotely via the Assetara platform. You will act as a main contact, providing concierge-style account assistance and CRM administration while ensuring strict compliance and data protection.

In this role, you will manage client communications, perform scheduled calls, navigate platform features with clients, and escalate issues according to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication exclusively within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, handle SLA compliance, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely client notes within the system without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and elevate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries according to company compliance rules.
