Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication exclusively within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA compliance, and conduct proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely client notes in the CRM without copying personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or issues outside authorized boundaries per compliance rules.
