You will coordinate with clients remotely, perform CRM administration, handle escalations in line with compliance, and uphold strict data protection and anti-fraud controls. This role is remote and national in scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, and concise client communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA compliance, and perform proactive outreach.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, or security incidents according to compliance rules.
