Optimal Maintenance Limited is seeking a Client Project Manager working remotely in South Africa. You will win work, manage client relationships, quote and survey jobs, book engineers, and oversee project delivery while ensuring payments are collected and targets are met.

You will balance sales, account management, and operations to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction & Refurbishment: background in property maintenance and refurbishments, in roles such as Project Manager or Estimator.
• Strong CRM, scheduling and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new clients through outbound engagement and referrals.
• Quote, survey, and book engineers; manage project scope and delivery.
• Schedule jobs, issue work orders, coordinate materials and access with clients.
• Provide regular client updates, reports and project summaries.
• Ensure invoicing within 24 hours of completion and pursue payments.
• Monitor progress and profitability; hit weekly/monthly KPIs and report performance.
