The ideal candidate has 6+ years in operations or service management within cleaning/facilities, with strong analytical and remote leadership skills to train field staff and elevate service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong track record in quality management.
• At least 6 years of experience in operations or service management with a focus on cleaning facilities.
• Proven ability to design QA programs, monitor remotely, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA programs and performance metrics for cleaning services.
• Remotely monitor team performance using digital channels and data analysis.
• Analyze client feedback and reports to identify gaps and improvements.
• Create remote training materials and conduct sessions on quality standards.
• Conduct virtual audits to ensure adherence to protocols and client expectations.
• Collaborate with regional managers to implement quality improvement plans.
• Investigate and address service quality issues reported by clients or teams.
• Document quality control activities and improvement initiatives.
