Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a senior role within the cleaning and sanitation industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting and analysis, comfortable with remote work technologies.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Understanding of cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments of cleaning quality based on provided documentation, photos, and videos.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports on cleaning quality, identifying deviations from standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to on-site cleaning teams and management.
• Ensure all assessments are conducted accurately, consistently, and within established timelines.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify trends and areas for improvement in cleaning protocols.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements for cleaning and sanitation.
