Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Cleaning Operations Coordinator to manage cleaning operations across South Africa from a fully remote role. You will coordinate schedules, supervise remote teams, monitor performance, and ensure quality standards from a centralized hub.

Responsibilities include supplier liaison, inventory management, data reporting, and continuous improvement of remote operations. Excellent communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, logistics, or supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, communication, and reporting (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management software).
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail in managing complex operations.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning activities and schedules for multiple sites from a remote location.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaning staff and third-party service providers regarding operational matters.
• Monitor service performance, conduct virtual quality checks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and distribution.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
