The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in cleaning operations or QA, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, and holds a relevant bachelor’s degree. A remote-ready setup and strong data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cleaning operations, facility management, or QA within cleaning industry.
• 4+ years in leadership or senior assessment roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a remote quality assurance program for cleaning services.
• Lead and mentor a team of remote quality assessors with training and feedback.
• Set quality standards and KPIs for cleaning operations.
• Conduct virtual site audits using digital tools and evidence.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvements in cleaning protocols.
• Collaborate with operations to implement corrective actions.
• Update procedures and training materials to reflect best practices.
• Stay updated on cleaning technologies and methodologies.
