About the Role

As a fully remote position, you will leverage technology and innovative assessment methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of cleaning protocols and the performance of cleaning teams. This role requires a deep understanding of cleaning science, meticulous attention to detail, and strong leadership capabilities to guide a team of remote assessors. You will be instrumental in developing and refining quality assurance programs, ensuring consistent delivery of pristine environments that meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive remote quality assurance program for cleaning services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control systems and programs.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning science, sanitation best practices, chemical applications, and hygiene standards across various environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
