Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and experienced Remote Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure sanitation standards are consistently met across facilities. This fully remote role involves remotely assessing the cleaning quality, developing inspection protocols, and analyzing reports to maintain hygiene levels.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA, cleaning management, or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing QA standards and inspection procedures.
• Strong understanding of sanitation and cleaning protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals is advantageous.
• Occasional travel to sites near Mossel Bay for high-level audits.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and refine checklists and standards for cleaning quality assurance inspections.
• Remotely review submitted inspection reports, photos, and feedback from on-site teams or clients.
• Analyze data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas needing improvement in cleaning quality.
• Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to cleaning teams and management.
• Conduct virtual quality audits and performance evaluations of cleaning services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements for sanitation and hygiene.
• Collaborate with operational teams to implement corrective actions and track their effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, findings, and resolutions.
• Communicate inspection results and quality metrics to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
