You will lead projects from concept through delivery, leveraging remote collaboration tools and strong communication to ensure quality and on-time results.

The role emphasizes autonomy, proactive planning, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards while coordinating with national stakeholders and design teams in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Pr.Eng or Pr.Tech.Eng with ECSA registration.
• 8+ years in civil engineering project management.
• Experience with remote work technologies and digital collaboration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of multiple civil projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule and risk management.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants and construction personnel.
• Conduct remote project reviews and monitor site progress virtually.
• Manage documentation, reporting and stakeholder communications remotely.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental standards across all phases.
