This role emphasizes child psychology, educational methods, and holistic growth across diverse locations. Ideal candidates have a Master's in a related field, 7+ years of client-facing experience, and proven curriculum development expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive nanny/early childhood experience, with client-facing work.
• Expertise in curriculum development for early learners.
• Advanced knowledge of child development theories from infancy to early school age.
• Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and rapport-building with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote consultations and develop personalized developmental plans for children of various ages.
• Offer expert advice on educational strategies, behavioral management, and age-appropriate activities.
• Conduct virtual assessments of developmental milestones and provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate parents on effective childcare techniques and positive reinforcement methods.
• Create engaging remote learning resources and activity suggestions.
• Maintain detailed client records and progress reports with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the client’s support team to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Stay current with research and best practices in early childhood development and remote care.
• Troubleshoot common childcare challenges and provide solutions.
• Facilitate virtual workshops or webinars for groups of parents.
