Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a fully remote Pediatric Nanny and Development Specialist to advise families on pediatric care, child development, and creating stimulating home environments. This role offers flexible remote work and global impact.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of nanny/educator experience, a relevant degree, and strong virtual communication. You will conduct remote consultations, develop personalized plans, and stay current with research to support families worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 5 years hands-on nanny/education experience.
Pediatric care and child development expertise.
Virtual coaching or consulting experience preferred.
Strong virtual communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with families to assess childcare needs and goals.
Provide guidance on activities, learning strategies, and behavior management techniques.
Develop personalized childcare plans and developmental strategies for children.
Educate parents on safety, nutrition, health, and hygiene best practices.
Offer guidance on creating stimulating and educational home learning environments.
