Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Nanny & Child Development Consultant to join a fully remote team. You will deliver expert guidance, design online training, mentor nannies, and develop resources for families worldwide, using technology to support early learning and safe home environments.

You will lead virtual consultations, create engaging content, stay current with research, and collaborate with tech and support teams to expand remote service offerings.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Early Childhood Development, Child Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of comprehensive experience in high-level nanny roles, child development consultancy, or early childhood education management.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably online.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with families to assess childcare needs and provide expert advice.
• Develop and deliver online training modules and resources for nannies and caregivers.
• Provide remote mentorship and support to nannies, guiding them on best practices in childcare and education.
• Create engaging content (articles, videos, webinars) related to child development and parenting.
• Advise families on establishing stimulating and safe home environments suitable for children's growth.
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in early childhood development and remote childcare solutions.
• Collaborate with the agency's tech and support teams to enhance the online service delivery platform.
• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective support through virtual channels.
• Contribute to the development of new consultancy services and program offerings.
