Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Childcare Consultant to guide families and childcare institutions across platforms. This fully remote role leverages deep knowledge of early childhood development, parenting strategies, and child welfare to deliver expert consultations from a distance.

You will create tailored plans, educational resources, and digital content, train professionals, and stay current with research and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive childcare or consultancy experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement childcare programs.
• Excellent online communication and presentation skills for virtual delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams).
• Strong written communication for reports and online content.
• Knowledge of child psychology and developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations with parents and organizations.
• Develop tailored childcare plans and educational strategies.
• Provide expert advice on child safety, nutrition, health and milestones online.
• Create webinars and online resources on childcare topics.
• Collaborate with remote specialists to enhance services.
• Stay updated on research, trends and regulatory changes.
• Offer remote training and workshops for professionals.
• Maintain client records and track progress.
• Troubleshoot childcare issues remotely.
