Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive nanny/early childhood experience with direct client contact.
• Strong curriculum development experience for young learners.
• Deep knowledge of child development theories from infancy to early school age.
• Excellent virtual communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote consultations and develop personalized learning plans.
• Advise on educational strategies, behavior management, and activities.
• Conduct virtual assessments of milestones and provide recommendations.
• Educate families on childcare techniques and positive reinforcement.
• Create remote learning resources and activity suggestions.
• Maintain confidential client records and progress reports.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
