Qualifications

• Experience as Chief of Staff / Senior Executive Assistant supporting a founder or CEO.
• Proven ability to run execution systems end-to-end from priorities to completion.
• Comfort enforcing accountability with senior operators and partners; clear follow-up style.
• Strong project management skills with KPI reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO’s calendar, priorities, weekly planning rhythm, and daily execution check-ins.
• Convert brain dumps into structured tasks with owners, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Drive cross-business execution and maintain momentum through rapid pivots.
• Maintain a weekly portfolio scorecard covering marketing, sales KPIs, project milestones, risks, next actions.
• Partner with operators/partners to track commitments and accountability.
• Coordinate across time zones and teams, including remote support and virtual assistants.
• Support light investor/client communications with owners/investors, not guests.
