Placements24 is seeking a Remote Chemical R&D Scientist to join an advanced research team near Benoni. You will design and conduct experiments, analyze results, and contribute to new product development and IP generation in a fully remote role with global collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, 6+ years of post-PhD experience, and a proven track record in synthetic chemistry and analytical instrumentation.

Qualifications

• PhD required in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of post-doctoral or industrial research experience.
• Proven track record of innovation and product/process development.
• Extensive experience with modern synthetic chemistry techniques and analytical instrumentation.

Responsibilities
