The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or Master’s in Chemical Engineering with 3–5 years in chemical R&D, strong experimental design and data analysis skills, and excellent teamwork for a hybrid environment that supports scientific discovery

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in chemical R&D, focusing on process or product development.
• Proven ability in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
• Experience with laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, and pilot plant operations.
• Strong understanding of chemical principles and reaction engineering.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for a hybrid work environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research and development activities to create new chemical products and improve existing ones.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze results, and interpret data to guide further development.
• Develop and optimize chemical processes for pilot-scale and eventual commercial production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, engineers, and marketing, in a hybrid setting.
• Prepare technical reports, patents, and presentations on research findings.
