You will collaborate with international teams, deliver SOPs, reports, and training, and stay abreast of industry trends. Requires 8+ years' experience, MSc/PhD in Chemical Engineering, and strong communication and independence in remote settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive process engineering experience with international/remote exposure.
• Expertise in process simulation and modeling software.
• Strong communication and independent work capability in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote process analysis and optimization for global sites.
• Model processes using Aspen Plus and HYSYS to drive improvements.
• Develop SOPs and best practices for chemical units.
• Provide remote technical support to plant engineers across regions.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering and site operations virtually.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in chemical process engineering.
• Facilitate virtual workshops on optimization techniques.
• Contribute to global project teams remotely.
