Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical process design and development.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage workload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conceptual process designs for new plants or modifications.
• Model and optimize processes using Aspen Plus or HYSYS.
• Perform mass and energy balances and P&ID development.
• Troubleshoot process issues remotely and provide guidance to on-site teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers via virtual tools.
• Produce technical reports, operating manuals, and safety reviews.
