The role focuses on planning, execution, and evaluation of diverse charitable programs with strong governance. You will oversee lifecycles, budgets, risks, and performance metrics, developing strategic plans and delivering stakeholder reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience in the non-profit or charity sector.
• Proven success managing complex projects with remote teams.
• Strong budgeting and financial management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
• Deep understanding of charity operations and social impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of charitable programs from concept to completion.
• Develop strategic plans, budgets, and performance metrics for all programs.
