Qualifications

• 5+ years of volunteer management or non-profit program coordination, with remote focus.
• Proven track record in managing and engaging volunteers virtually.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for remote work.
• Experience with virtual collaboration tools and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard volunteers remotely.
• Create and manage online training materials for volunteers.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to a dispersed volunteer base via virtual channels.
• Maintain clear communication protocols and platforms for remote engagement.
• Monitor performance, gather feedback, and drive improvements to the program.
