Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Program Manager to lead charitable initiatives on a fully remote basis. You will steer strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects to maximize social impact.

With at least 5 years in program management, you will guide a distributed team, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets while collaborating with donors and partners to advance the mission from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of program management experience.
• Experience in non-profit or charity sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong remote collaboration and digital tool proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage strategic programs aligned with mission.

• Lead and mentor a remote team of coordinators.
