Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Project Coordinator to oversee nationwide catering projects from a fully remote location. You will manage timelines, coordinate vendors, and serve as the main point of contact for clients.

This role demands strong communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will ensure budgets are tracked and projects stay financially viable while keeping thorough documentation in the cloud.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, event management, or catering operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with remote work and independent work style.
• Proficiency in PM tools like Asana or Trello and virtual tools such as Zoom or Slack.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of multiple catering projects from a remote location.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide proposals, and ensure satisfaction.
• Liaise with catering vendors, confirm bookings, menus and logistics.
• Develop and monitor project budgets to keep initiatives financially viable.
• Maintain detailed documentation using cloud-based systems.
