Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Operations Specialist based near Stellenbosch. You will manage catering logistics remotely, coordinating with field teams, clients and vendors to ensure top-notch service without being on-site for every event.

You will leverage technology to streamline processes, monitor budgets, and maintain strong supplier relationships while delivering a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in catering operations management or related hospitality roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with virtual collaboration tools and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budget management and supplier negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistical aspects of multiple catering events remotely.
• Liaise with clients to confirm details, dietary needs, and requests.
