In this fully remote role, you will be the central hub for coordinating all logistical aspects of catering events, from managing schedules and vendor communications to ensuring timely delivery of food and supplies. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and maintain clear communication lines will be essential to supporting our client's expanding operations and ensuring client satisfaction nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate event schedules, delivery times, and resource allocation for all catering orders.
• Manage relationships and communication with external vendors and suppliers.
