Responsibilities

• Plan and execute catering events from client consultation to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with culinary teams, suppliers, and on-site staff to meet requirements.
• Create event timelines, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Serve as the remote point of contact for clients with regular updates.
• Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and contracts.
• Troubleshoot issues during planning or execution.
