The ideal candidate has strong culinary arts knowledge, trend insight, and exceptional creativity, delivering high-impact concepts while aligning with brand and operational capabilities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years in catering, event planning, culinary arts, or related field with focus on concept development and creative direction.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing innovative catering concepts for high-profile events.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, especially in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative catering themes and concepts for diverse events.
• Create tailored menus including full-service dining, buffets, canapés, and beverages, considering dietary needs.
• Develop detailed event execution plans with staffing, equipment, and logistics.
• Research global culinary trends and guest experience innovations.
• Collaborate with clients virtually to understand vision and objectives.
• Work with culinary teams to ensure feasibility and quality of proposed items.
• Prepare concept proposals, presentations, and mood boards for client review.
• Provide creative direction for event styling, décor and ambiance.
