You will conduct structured live conversations, follow predefined frameworks, and ensure every interaction reflects a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. Based in SA, you will align with US business hours.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in client-facing or people-facing roles
• Strong verbal communication with a professional tone
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable speaking on camera in structured conversations
• Excellent note-taking and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive, structured environment
• Based in South Africa and available for US business hours

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured live conversations via video or phone
• Guide interactions using predefined frameworks
