Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar (agency or SaaS) in SA or remote contexts.
• Ability to personalize outreach and communicate clearly in written form.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Experience using Salesforce and managing your own sales pipeline.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Research ideal accounts based on ICP and source decision makers.
• Build accurate contact lists and craft personalized outreach sequences.
• Execute outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
