Qualifications

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in BIM coordination, management, or related roles within the construction industry.
• Proven expertise with leading BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems design and documentation.
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM standards and execution plans.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting.
• Ability to train and mentor other BIM professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to BIM workflows and data management.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Experience with point cloud data and laser scanning is a plus.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and their integration into BIM is beneficial.
