Placements24 is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our remote team, spearheading BIM processes across diverse construction projects and ensuring seamless data exchange between design and build teams.

You will develop BIM standards, coordinate multi-disciplinary models, and manage the BIM execution plan, while guiding project stakeholders and providing training to ensure best practices are followed remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as BIM Coordinator or similar in construction.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Solibri.
• Strong BIM standards knowledge and best practices.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing BIM standards, coordinating models, and facilitating communication between design and construction teams, regardless of their physical location. Key Responsibilities
