Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate with strong maths/accounting background.
• Bookkeeping certificate or diploma preferred.
• 2–3 years bookkeeping experience required.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero and solid accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using bookkeeping software.
• Process all financial transactions including AP/AR.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash and employee expense reimbursements.
• Assist with monthly financial statements and reports.
