Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting support role.
• Proficiency with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording financial transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy of all financial entries.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Assist with payroll processing and related filings.
• Prepare and submit periodic financial reports, such as trial balances and P&L statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Organize and maintain financial documents and records for easy retrieval.
• Support with budget preparation and tracking expenses.
• Liaise with external accountants or auditors as needed.
• Implement and improve bookkeeping procedures to enhance efficiency.
