Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proficiency in Python or R and Bioconductor, Samtools, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze NGS data (WGS, WES, RNA-Seq) to extract meaningful insights.
• Develop and optimize bioinformatics pipelines for data processing and analysis.
• Perform statistical analysis and visualize genomic data to identify patterns.
• Collaborate with biologists to interpret results and guide experiments.
• Manage and curate large genomic datasets securely and efficiently.
