Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, CS, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant research experience.
• Proficiency in Python and R with common libraries.
• Experience with cloud computing and containerization (Docker).
• Strong communication for remote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret high-throughput sequencing data (e.g., RNA-Seq, WGS, ChIP-Seq).
• Develop and implement computational pipelines and algorithms for biological data analysis.
• Apply machine learning techniques to identify patterns and predict biological outcomes.
• Collaborate with experimental teams to design studies and interpret results in a biological context.
• Contribute to the development of novel bioinformatics tools and software.
• Present complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
