Placements24 is seeking a Senior Architectural BIM Manager to drive the company's digital transformation from a home office. This fully remote role focuses on BIM strategies, execution plans, and integrated workflows across projects.

You will lead a BIM team, set standards, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure high-quality deliverables using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. A master's degree and 10+ years of BIM leadership are required.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural BIM Manager to lead their digital transformation efforts. This fully remote position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to establish and oversee best practices across the organization. You will be responsible for developing BIM strategies, managing BIM execution plans, and ensuring the effective use of digital technologies in architectural design and delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's BIM strategy and execution plans for all projects.
• Lead the BIM team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and quality assurance procedures.
• Manage BIM project setups, coordination, and clash detection processes using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements.
• Oversee the integration of BIM with other project management and information systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in BIM management and implementation.
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other related BIM software.
• Proven track record of successfully managing BIM on large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of the entire project lifecycle and the role of BIM within it.
