Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join a distributed team on large-scale infrastructure projects. This fully remote role focuses on managing BIM models across civil, structural, and MEP disciplines, implementing BIM execution plans, and ensuring data integrity.

You'll collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers worldwide, perform clash analysis, train teams on BIM workflows, and keep content libraries consistent while tracking progress and adopting the latest

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven BIM Coordinator/Modeler experience in infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure design and construction processes.
• Experience with clash detection and resolution.
• Excellent organization and remote-work skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and manage BIM models across disciplines (civil, structural, MEP).
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate collaboration among project stakeholders using BIM platforms.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
• Perform quality control checks on BIM models for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide training and support on BIM software and workflows.
• Manage BIM content library and ensure consistency in model development.
• Track and report BIM progress and issues.
• Stay current with emerging BIM technologies for infrastructure.
