Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with focus on digital technologies.
• Pr. Eng. registration with ECSA is desirable.
• Minimum 6 years in civil engineering with at least 3 years in BIM implementation and digital transformation.
• Expert proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit and Navisworks and related digital tools.
• Strong data management, model coordination and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows for civil projects.
• Lead adoption and integration of digital tools, including visualization, data analytics, and automation.
• Provide technical training on BIM software to project teams.
• Collaborate with PMs and design engineers for seamless digital execution.
• Oversee 3D models for civil infrastructure ensuring data integrity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through digital solutions.
• Contribute to digital strategies and roadmaps for engineering.
• Facilitate virtual collaboration among stakeholders using digital platforms.
• Liaise with software vendors to stay updated on industry advancements.
