- Master's degree in Architecture, Computer Science, or related field.
- 12+ years in architecture with 7+ years in digital tech/BIM/digital transformation.
- Proven AECO digital strategy leadership and remote work experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy for the architectural practice.
- Architect robust and scalable digital solutions, including BIM workflows and data management.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in adopting new digital tools and processes.
- Evaluate and implement AI, VR/AR, and generative design technologies.
- Define technical standards, governance and compliance for digital workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and drive adoption.
- Manage the implementation roadmap and ensure timely delivery and integration.
- Stay updated on AECO digital trends and digital twins.
- Facilitate remote training and knowledge sharing on digital tools.
