Placements24 is seeking a Remote BIM Architect to lead BIM strategies for globally distributed projects. You will develop complex BIM models and coordinate with remote teams to deliver design, documentation and visualizations at a world-class level.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Architecture, 8+ years’ experience, and expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo. You’ll thrive in a virtual setting and drive standards across international projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 8+ years as a BIM Architect with a proven track record.
• Expert in Revit, Navisworks and Dynamo.
• Knowledge of international architectural standards and building codes.
• Strong remote collaboration and self-management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and workflows across projects.
• Create and manage complex BIM models with accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with remote project teams using digital collaboration tools.
• Develop detailed architectural designs, construction docs, and visualizations.
• Coordinate BIM with other disciplines to prevent clashes.
• Conduct virtual design reviews and client presentations.
• Stay updated on BIM tech and architectural design trends.
• Provide technical BIM guidance to project teams.
• Manage project documentation and data exchange between team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM standards and protocols.
