ISTA Personnel Solutions is a dynamic, fast-growing BPO that partners with U.S. clients and integrates staff into client operations. We seek experienced bilingual Call Centre Agents fluent in Spanish and English to support healthcare and homecare campaigns remotely.

This 24/7 rotating role requires reliable, detail-oriented professionals who can handle inbound calls, follow scripts, and capture accurate information while working independently from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• Previous call centre or customer-service experience.
• Ability to work remotely and capture data accurately.
• Clear, professional communication.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound customer calls in Spanish and English.
• Listen to determine call reason and provide accurate messages.
• Assist with basic enquiries using approved processes.
• Capture caller details and notes accurately.
• Follow client-specific scripts, workflows and escalation procedures.
• Escalate urgent matters to on-call personnel.
• Handle difficult callers calmly and professionally.
• Complete outbound calls or callbacks when required.
• Navigate multiple systems while communicating with customers.
• Protect confidential information and maintain records.
• Meet campaign attendance, quality and productivity targets.
