Placements24 is seeking a Travel Experience Designer to craft bespoke, high-end itineraries for a global client base. This fully remote role leverages deep destination knowledge, strong research and planning skills, and excellent client communication to deliver memorable journeys.

You will manage suppliers, handle the end-to-end booking process, and stay ahead of travel trends while collaborating with marketing to expand compelling travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in bespoke travel design or luxury travel consultancy.
• Strong destination knowledge and research/planning skills.
• Proficient in GDS systems and travel CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Design high-end, bespoke itineraries for individuals and groups.
• Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transport options.
• Maintain relationships with global suppliers and DMCs.
• Handle inquiries and the full booking process from start to finish.
• Ensure detailed, well-documented itineraries and clear client communication.
• Stay updated on travel trends and provide pre-, during-, and post-trip support.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling travel offerings.
