Placements24 is seeking a creative and strategically minded Remote Tourism Product Developer to design and curate innovative travel packages. This fully remote role leverages your destination knowledge and market insights to shape our online travel offerings for a global audience.

You will research trends, develop itineraries, negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate with marketing to craft compelling descriptions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in tourism product development, tour operations, or travel planning.
In-depth knowledge of various global destinations and travel markets.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
Strong analytical skills for market research and financial viability assessment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

Research and identify emerging travel trends and market opportunities to conceptualize new tour products and experiences.
Develop and design compelling travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
Negotiate contracts and rates with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
Ensure all developed products meet quality standards, safety regulations, and profitability targets.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective product descriptions and promotional materials.
