Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in luxury travel planning, high-end concierge services, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing complex international itineraries for discerning clients.
• Exceptional knowledge of global luxury travel destinations, properties, and experiences.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in planning and execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsabilités

• Consult with high-net-worth clients to understand their travel desires, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Design and meticulously plan complex, bespoke luxury travel itineraries encompassing flights, bespoke accommodations, private tours, exclusive experiences, and transfers.
• Research and vet unique destinations, luxury hotels, exclusive resorts, and high-end service providers globally.
• Manage all booking processes, confirmations, and client communications, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Provide clients with comprehensive pre-departure information and ongoing support during their travels.
• Proactively identify and anticipate client needs, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, luxury market offerings, and destination specific insights.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and positive referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of all travel arrangements.
